The staff’s warmth made my stay special, especially the bellman who was quick to help with my bags. I loved relaxing by the lovely outdoor pool and taking a break at the spa lounge after a busy day. This place is really nice and clean. The staff is super friendly! Had a lil issue when I left my key and felt like I was given a hard time by one employee, but the others were great. The breakfast buffet was tasty but a bit pricey. The pool was busy, so it would’ve been great to use it more.

It was an excellent fit for a short stay in Miami with good value considering the price charged. Rafael at the front desk went above and beyond by getting us a room immediately even though we arrived early. If you want peace on Saturdays, avoid rooms facing the pool on lower levels.
